Paypal is my preferred method of payment.
Other payments I accept are:- Direct Deposit
Money order (item posted after cleared)
Personal & bank cheques (item posted after cleared)

Interstate buyer please use Paypal only.

Returns

If you have bought a baby hat and the size is wrong, I will gladly exhange the hat for the right size, just return the hat to me and I will exchange it for you. Postage to be paid by the buyer. All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. A full refund will be made to you excluding postage costs. Items should be in origianal unused condition.

custom orders

If you see a product which has already been sold or a product which you would like to be personally embroidered, please phone me or send me an email and  simply tell me your request. I will be happy to do this for you.
