All my items are sent through 'Australia Post'.
If you would like insurance on your parcel, please email me... insurance is normally an extra $2.80.

International buyers

I use 'Australia Post' airmail.
All items are very carefully packaged by me and sent in a padded envelope or one that is similar for the item.

Returns

If you have bought a baby hat and the size is wrong, I will gladly exhange the hat for the right size, just return the hat to me and I will exchange it for you. Postage to be paid by the buyer. All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. A full refund will be made to you excluding postage costs. Items should be in origianal unused condition.
